Partner wanted for start up with an option to buy a company in the healthcare logistics space. Must be qualified to raise capital for the acquisition of a 24 year old business with 330 employees, strong earnings, no debt and unlimited potential to grow. Required to create strategic plan, marketing materials, file appropriate documents, do presentations and close investors to complete the financing.
Compensation: 50% of initial equity
